Why Speak Eat Smile Therapy?

  • Free initial consultation

We offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns and develop an action plan. We also suggest supplementary checks and procedures that may be beneficial before our first visit. You will learn about our approach to therapy and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have before scheduling. This is a risk free, way for you to determine if Speak Eat Smile Therapy is right for you.

  • We accept Insurance

We understand that ongoing therapy services can be costly. Therefore, we have partnered Aetna, United Healthcare, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield to assist with covering the cost of therapy services. We will contact your insurance provider and verify that your policy covers the needed therapy services before we begin. If your insurance is not accepted or your policy does not cover the needed service(s), we will try our best to facilitate you with a specialized plan for out of pocket payment. We are here to help you!

  • Flexible location and timing

We understand that it is difficult to carve time out of your busy day to commute with your newborn/child to your therapist. Also, children typically perform at their best when they are in a comfortable and familiar environment. This is why we offer both in-home therapy in addition to on-site therapy services. We are also happy to see your child outside of typical office hours.

  • We Are Personal

We care about children and provide individualized therapy to meet their unique needs. We believe that an integral part of providing therapy services is building strong relationships with children and their families. Speech, language and feeding therapy is very personal by nature, and developing a good rapport with children leads to comfort, high participation levels and increased success.

  • We Are Effective

There is always new research and new approaches associated with speech-language disorders. We are focused on ensuring that our therapy methods leverage the most effective, innovative, and evidence-based treatment approaches and appropriate evaluations. We will ensure that your child is getting the most effective treatment. Having acquired knowledge from extensive experiences working with children, certifications and workshops, your little one is in capable hands!

  • We Are Engaging

We use fun and engaging materials to promote self-motivation while working on our goals in both feeding and language. Our activities are fun and take into consideration the interests of your child. We aim to use thoughtful activities to help your child in reaching his/her full potential in home, school and their communities.

Myofunctional Therapy

At Speak Eat Smile Therapy, our Myofunctional Therapy is more than just “mouth exercises” — it’s a fun, functional way to build strong foundational skills that support healthy speech, eating, breathing, and overall oral health. We offer Myofunctional Therapy for kids through adults, tailoring each plan to your age, needs, and daily routines.
